Kurouchi or raw forge knife in white steel 2.
A very smooth surface for a rough finish, with brushed finishes. Forged by Mr. Yoshikazu Tanaka, master blacksmith, Dentoukougeishi member of Sakai (who notably makes the white2 and blue 1 carbon steel series). This knife is forged and sharpened in Sakai. The oak handle is lacquered in Kanazawa.
The 21cm chef shape is the central knife multifonction.
