Sashimi knives
Sashimi knives are long, narrow-bladed knives for slicing boneless food, whether raw or cooked fish, meat or vegetables. There are different types of sashimi knife, such as yanagiba, sakimaru-takohiki, kengata yanagi, etc. Our sashimi knives are forged, sharpened and assembled in the Japanese cutlery tradition of Sakai, the birthplace of Japanese knives.
