Kurouchi or raw forge knife in white carbon steel 2.

A very smooth surface for a rough finish, with brushed finishes. Forged by Mr. Yoshikazu Tanaka, master blacksmith, Dentoukougeishi member of Sakai (who notably makes the white2 and blue 1 carbon steel series). This knife is forged and sharpened in Sakai. The oak handle is lacquered in Kanazawa.

The beveled bunka shape is used as a multifunction santoku.

Blade length: 18.5cm, width at the bottom of the blade 5cm.
